As Senior Vice President of Technology, Tobias Gedell focuses on shaping InRule’s technology vision and driving technical innovation across the company.
With a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Chalmers University of Technology, his professional experience ranges from programming language and compiler design to the architecture and implementation of SaaS platforms. Always present is his strong passion for applying cutting-edge technology to empower people and generate business value.
Tobias is a passionate swing dancer in his spare time and likes nothing more than joining an up-tempo Balbo dance floor.
Kevin Goldman
Chief Product Officer
As Chief Product Officer at InRule, Kevin is accountable for the Total Product Experience, including the customer and user experience from pre-sales, through post-sales delivery, loyalty, and advocacy. He is responsible for InRule’s outcome driven innovation (ODI) program, market definition, speed to value, NPS, and contributes to increased renewals and revenue. Kevin is a change-maker and makes ease of interacting with InRule a durable form of competitive advantage.
Prior to InRule, Kevin founded the software product consulting firm 29th Drive, with clients such as Microsoft, SONOS, Intergraph, ACI Worldwide, and Minitab. 29th Drive was acquired three years later. Kevin served as a FIDO Alliance Board member where he also founded the FIDO Alliance User Experience Working Group and grew it from zero to more than 130 cybersecurity product managers, engineers, and user experience designers from around the world.
Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design with high honors from Arizona State University, where he subsequently developed the first software product design course for masters students in design, IND 598. Outside of work, he likes quality time with his two boys, forging knives, participating in triathlons, and being away from the fragile glowing screen.
Loren Goodman
Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of InRule Technology, Loren is responsible for InRule’s technology vision and leading the product teams to define and develop innovative product capabilities. To ensure the ongoing alignment of InRule’s products and customer needs, Loren continually engages with clients on architectural issues and implementation reviews.
A programmer since the age of seven, Loren’s vision and passion has always been creating technology that empowers people to solve their own problems. To that end, he starts every presentation with “Give a person a fish and you feed them for a day; teach a person to fish and you feed them for a lifetime.” His innovative solutions have been recognized by the industry for their forward-thinking approaches and application of technology. Recognitions include Microsoft’s Fusion award for Best Small Business Solution and ComputerWorld’s Premier 100 IT Leaders. Loren frequently presents at technology and business conferences.
Leveraging his 20+ years of technology and architecture experience, Loren frequently participates in design reviews for Microsoft’s forthcoming products, providing feedback to the product development teams. He currently sits on the Microsoft Partner Advisory Council and was selected as a founding member of Microsoft’s Architecture Advisory Board.
Loren is active in shaping technology policy legislation as both a regional advisor to Congress for the Association for Competitive Technology and as the Illinois Area TechVoice Chapter Co-Chair for Comptia. He has testified directly to the U.S. Senate about the opportunities and challenges facing software companies and the importance of starting technology education in childhood.
In his spare time, Loren does fine woodworking and writes apps to accelerate his own daughter’s technology education. One of Loren’s apps was the #1 app for toddlers in the Microsoft Windows app store.
He has degrees in Finance and Philosophy from Bradley University.
Stephen Graff
Vice President, Customer Experience
Stephen Graff boasts an extensive record of successful software implementations. As Vice President of Customer Experience, he oversees resource planning, skill development, and vendor enablement. His professional passions include hiring, training, forecasting trends through analytics, product profitability and empowering team members to excel.
Stephen’s off-hours passions include travel with family, golfing with friends and relaxing Sundays watching the NFL while sipping a glass of fine bourbon.
Mark Lonsway
Senior Vice President, Integrations
For nearly two decades, Mark Lonsway successfully led the InRule ROAD services teams to deliver high-value business solutions across a variety of industries with significant experience in financial services, insurance, healthcare, and government. His two decades of close contact with the InRule User Community (IUC) provided him with a deep understanding of InRule’s customers and the challenges they are trying to solve when they turn to decision automation technology.
In 2020, Mark officially shifted his focus from professional services to integrations. At this time, he is solely focused on building out InRule’s integration capabilities.
In his free time, Mark is focused on family, music, and travel along with his long-standing passion for beach volleyball, snowboarding, and mountain biking.
Dana Markovic
Managing Director, Nordics
Dana joined Barium (later acquired by InRule in 2021) in 2010, which has given her extensive experience and knowledge about Process Automation and everything connected to it. As the Managing Director of the Nordic region, Dana focuses on scaling the InRule operations by implementing innovative ways of working. She believes firmly in the notion of “never graduating.
Dana has multiple degrees from the University of Gothenburg, including a Master’s in Change Management. She enjoys spending time outdoors, martial arts, hunting, or tending to her garden in her free time.
Charles Snellgrove
Chief Executive Officer
Charles Snellgrove is a seasoned global data, analytics, and technology executive with a remarkable record of accomplishment driving growth and transforming companies. As the CEO of InRule Technology, he leads a team dedicated to integrating decisioning, machine learning, and process automation to optimize enterprise operations.
Previously, Charles was the CEO of Fastpath, steering it to prominence in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) before its acquisition by Delinea in 2024. His leadership at Wintellect, a leader in cloud services and application development, resulted in its acquisition by Atmosera in 2021. At Minitab, he served as President, a leading statistical analysis software company.
Charles holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill; a master’s degree in mathematics from Georgia State University; two years of doctoral coursework in mathematics and statistics at The Pennsylvania State University; and an MBA with high honors from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
Renee Wagner
Vice President, Global Marketing
As Vice President of Global Marketing, Renee is responsible for developing and executing marketing and communications programs that drive revenue growth and enhance brand awareness for InRule Technology around the world.
Renee has more than 25 years of experience working with global corporations. She began her career in PR working with popular consumer brands, including Coca-Cola, Stainmaster carpet and Tempur-Pedic. Since 2004, she has enjoyed working with technology companies focused on enterprise software and cybersecurity.
Renee holds a Journalism degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Outside of the office, she enjoys running, photography and travel adventures to off-the-beaten-path destinations.
Beth Worthem
Chief Financial Officer
Beth Worthem serves as Chief Financial Officer for InRule. Starting in 2016, she began providing accounting and HR consulting services to InRule; she was brought on permanently to lead Finance and HR in 2017.
Beth is a CPA and has a strong background in strategic financial analysis. Since joining InRule, she has provided impactful financial reporting and implemented multiple process improvements to HR operations. Her meticulous work on InRule’s books and company policies has provided a strong foundation for the company to continue its growth.
She has a BS in Accounting from Miami University. Outside of InRule, Beth enjoys attending live sporting events, tackling home improvement projects, and traveling to visit her children.
Robin Davies
Chief Revenue Officer
Robin Davies serves as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at InRule, where he leads efforts to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability. With a proven track record in scaling enterprise software go-to-market teams, Robin brings a wealth of experience to his role, helping InRule expand its market presence and achieve significant business results.
Before joining InRule, Robin was the Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Fastpath Solutions, a leader in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and identity access rights. During his time at Fastpath, Robin played a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth, ultimately contributing to the company’s acquisition by Delinea in 2024.
Prior to that, he held senior sales positions at Jinfonet Software and Logi Analytics. At Logi, Robin played a key role in the company’s acquisition by insightsoftware, where he later led the embedded analytics and data connectivity teams. Under his leadership, the teams achieved record growth and successfully integrated four additional tuck-in acquisitions.
Outside of work, Robin enjoys cycling and travel, often seeking out opportunities to combine the two activities.
Joseph Kilada
Vice President of Engineering
Joseph is an engineering leader who brings a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic leadership, and a commitment to fostering innovation within the teams he leads.
With a passion for technology, Joseph taught himself to code at 13 and began building applications to automate workflows for local businesses. In his early roles as a software engineer, he specialized in the development of distributed digital signage systems and enterprise-level video streaming infrastructure for both commercial and defense sectors.
As his career progressed, Joseph transitioned into leadership roles, where he managed and coordinated highly interdependent engineering teams across the USA, Canada, and Europe. In these roles, he focused on aligning multi-national teams to deliver complex, high-impact projects in a fast-evolving technological landscape.
Joseph holds a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from the Oregon Institute of Technology. Outside of work, Joseph enjoys table tennis, crafting new coffee blends, and playing board games with his wife and kids.
