Chris has been leading people, products, design and technology for over 20 years in the enterprise software space. He has led significant design explorations (BPM, PaaS, API Management and DevOps) while at IBM and covers more than 15 years of product leadership in the Decision Management space. In much of this time, he focused on transforming business behavior and empowering business users.

Michael Bonner
Chief Revenue Officer
Michael Bonner joined InRule Technology in April 2012. As Chief Revenue Officer, he is responsible for the company’s global Sales, Alliances, and Business Development strategy, execution, and operations. With a career in enterprise software and services, Michael has previously focused on business rule technology market development and solutions.
Michael holds a bachelor’s degree from Santa Clara University. He spends his free time reading, exercising, and playing golf.

Rik Chomko
Chief Executive Officer
Rik Chomko co-founded InRule Technology® with Loren Goodman in 2002. He became Chief Executive Officer in 2015 after serving as Chief Operating Officer since 2012. Rik also served as Chief Product Officer prior to his role as COO. Before co-founding InRule, Rik was Chief Technology Officer with Calypso Systems, a Chicago-based consulting firm. Rik also worked for Health Care Service Corporation from 1991 to 1995.
With more than 25 years of experience innovating and implementing technology-based solutions, Rik has focused his efforts on ROI-driven digital transformation and automation of enterprise systems and processes. While in product-focused roles, Rik led the development and enhancement of InRule’s most successful offerings, including integrations with .NET, Java, JavaScript, Dynamics 365 and Salesforce. Under his leadership, InRule® is recognized by top analyst firm Forrester as the leading business rule management system for the .NET platform.
Rik has been both an award recipient and speaker at numerous technology and industry events including Microsoft Inspire, Gartner, Forrester, and ACORD. Additionally, he is a member of the Forbes Technology Council and his commentary has been featured in numerous business and technology publications.

Jason Farmer
Vice President, Professional Services
Jason brings to InRule a passion for leading professional services teams that promote customer success, drive complex technology adoption, and advance digital transformation.
With nearly two decades of enterprise software expertise, Jason is responsible for helping customers accelerate time to value and achieve business benefits from their InRule implementation.
Prior to joining InRule, Jason served as Global Director of Professional Services for CloudBees, a DevOps technology platform. Jason also held consulting and services roles with UDig, a consulting firm with expertise in software engineering, data enablement and advanced insight; and RedHat, provider of open-source solutions to enterprises.
Jason holds a BS in Computer Science from Radford University. Outside of work, he enjoys keeping up with the latest technology trends, spending time with his family and being outdoors.

Loren Goodman
Chief Technology Officer
Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of InRule Technology, Loren is responsible for InRule’s technology vision and leading the product teams to define and develop innovative product capabilities. To ensure the ongoing alignment of InRule’s products and customer needs, Loren continually engages with clients on architectural issues and implementation reviews.
A programmer since the age of seven, Loren’s vision and passion has always been creating technology that empowers people to solve their own problems. To that end, he starts every presentation with “Give a person a fish and you feed them for a day; teach a person to fish and you feed them for a lifetime.” His innovative solutions have been recognized by the industry for their forward-thinking approaches and application of technology. Recognitions include Microsoft’s Fusion award for Best Small Business Solution and ComputerWorld’s Premier 100 IT Leaders. Loren frequently presents at technology and business conferences.
Leveraging his 20+ years of technology and architecture experience, Loren frequently participates in design reviews for Microsoft’s forthcoming products, providing feedback to the product development teams. He currently sits on the Microsoft Partner Advisory Council and was selected as a founding member of Microsoft’s Architecture Advisory Board.
Loren is active in shaping technology policy legislation as both a regional advisor to Congress for the Association for Competitive Technology and as the Illinois Area TechVoice Chapter Co-Chair for Comptia. He has testified directly to the U.S. Senate about the opportunities and challenges facing software companies and the importance of starting technology education in childhood.
In his spare time, Loren does fine woodworking and writes apps to accelerate his own daughter’s technology education. One of Loren’s apps was recently the #1 app for toddlers in the Microsoft Windows app store.
He has degrees in Finance and Philosophy from Bradley University.

Mark Lonsway
Senior Vice President, Integrations
For nearly two decades, Mark Lonsway successfully led the InRule ROAD services teams to deliver high-value business solutions across a variety of industries with significant experience in financial services, insurance, healthcare, and government. His two decades of close contact with the InRule User Community (IUC) provided him with a deep understanding of InRule’s customers and the challenges they are trying to solve when they turn to decision automation technology.
In 2020, Mark officially shifted his focus from professional services to integrations. At this time, he is solely focused on building out InRule’s integration capabilities.
In his free time, Mark is focused on family, music, and travel along with his long-standing passion for beach volleyball, snowboarding, and mountain biking.

Dan Reynolds
Vice President, Product
As Vice President, Product Dan is charged with developing product ideas and prototypes based on customer and anticipated needs.
With more than 20 years’ experience in IT and a decade with InRule, Dan brings a depth of technical and business knowledge to the team.
Dan graduated from the University of Kansas with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. When not wearing his InRule hat, Dan is a triathlete, soccer coach, scuba diver, and snowboarder.

Renee Wagner
Vice President, Global Marketing
As Vice President of Global Marketing, Renee is responsible for developing and executing marketing and communications programs that drive revenue growth and enhance brand awareness for InRule Technology around the world.
Renee has more than 20 years of experience working with public relations agencies and global corporations. She began her career in Atlanta working with popular consumer brands, including Coca-Cola, Stainmaster carpet and Tempur-Pedic. Since 2004, she has enjoyed working with technology companies focused on enterprise software and cyber-security.
Renee holds a Journalism degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Outside of the office, she enjoys running, photography and travel adventures to off-the-beaten-path destinations.

Beth Worthem
Chief Financial Officer
Beth Worthem serves as Chief Financial Officer for InRule. Starting in 2016, she began providing accounting and HR consulting services to InRule; she was brought on permanently to lead Finance and HR in 2017.
Beth is a CPA and has a strong background in strategic financial analysis. Since joining InRule, she has provided impactful financial reporting and implemented multiple process improvements to HR operations. Her meticulous work on InRule’s books and company policies has provided a strong foundation for the company to continue its growth.
She has a BS in Accounting from Miami University. Outside of InRule, Beth enjoys attending live sporting events, tackling home improvement projects, and traveling to visit her children.

Alan Young
Chief Product Officer
Alan joined InRule in 2019 as Chief Product Officer. Young leads InRule’s engineering, architecture and product design teams and is responsible for translating InRule’s corporate vision and strategy into product delivery.
Alan brings extensive technology and business strategy expertise to InRule. Prior to joining InRule, he served in product and technology leadership roles for enterprise software and services providers such as CA Technologies (Office of the CTO, corporate vice president), BEA Systems (Office of the CTO, vice president and corporate architect), and Progress Software (senior vice president and general manager), and Pricewaterhouse Coopers (Global Innovation Software Labs, chief technology officer). He holds more than 10 patents related to business events, business processes and integrated data analysis and management.
Alan holds a MBA from Boston University’s School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Texas, El Paso.
