InRule Technology and MidAmerica Consulting Group Partner to Deliver CRM Solutions for Health and Human Services

May 1, 2012

InRule Technology, creator of InRule®, the premier .NET Business Rule Management System for the Microsoft platform, announced today that it has formed a partnership with MidAmerica Consulting Group to deliver case management solutions for Health and Human Services (HHS) that are Citizen-Centered, cost effective, and easily configurable without code.

Deploying solutions that are easily configurable is a key attribute when HHS programs and their supporting systems must change due to changes in government policy, funding, key metrics such as the Federal Poverty Level, and common calculations such as MAGI (Modified Adjusted Gross Income).

InRule enables configurable systems by letting business users maintain decision logic, calculations, and rules in business language, without code, ensuring that systems are aligned with frequently changing government policies and that they are transparent, auditable, and easily updated. InRule has been deployed in Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS), Eligibility systems and Chronic Disease Management systems.

MidAmerica Consulting Group, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Partner of the Year for Public Sector, delivers Dynamics for HHS, an integrated case management solution built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Dynamics for HHS leverages the infrastructure provided by Microsoft Dynamics CRM to deliver cost effective solutions for HHS organizations providing a 360 degree client centric view, including New York State Office for Developmental Disabilities and State of Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities.

“MidAmerica Consulting Group brings proven success in case management for Health and Human Services as well as a strong Dynamics CRM practice,” said Theresa O’Neil Senior Vice President, Business Development for InRule Technology. “By using the premier .NET business rule solution with the leading HHS solution for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, we are able to offer clients a path to the most flexible and cost-efficient HHS systems.”

“Our HHS clients require the capability to change decision logic based on changes in policies and programs,” said John L Malcolm, Vice President, Dynamics Practice, MidAmerica Consulting Group. “InRule Technology brings the ability for MidAmerica and our customers to author and maintain decision logic without code. Many projects specifically request Business Rule Technology; we can now deliver the best for the Microsoft platform.”
