Background

InRule Technology acquired Barium in September 2021. Merging two companies is a comprehensive process that takes time. The next step in this process is to unify the two platforms.

Can I still use Barium Live?

Barium Live will remain in full effect, and we’re committed to delivering the same exceptional customer support and development of the platform as always. The only change is the name of the platform which is now InRule Process Automation. You’ll still have the same features and enhancements at your disposal to drive innovation and streamline your business.

InRule Process Automation is a vital part of enterprise automation worldwide and will continue to be so moving forward.

What will change?

The product InRule Process Automation and the look and feel will remain almost identical with some minor changes such as the logo. The only difference is that you’ll have easier access to further automation technologies such as decision automation and machine learning.

We call this trident of automation AI Decisioning.

Will the login to InRule Process Automation change?

For users who log in through the website, the interim page will include a button in the top right corner linking to the InRule Process Automation login page. A word of advice is to bookmark the login page now to facilitate for yourself moving forward.

If your company is using corporate login to log you in automatically this will still work the same way as it does today.

Should you have trouble logging in, please talk to your InRule Process Automation SuperUser.

Do we need to prepare for anything?

No, this happens automatically.

Whom do I contact for further information?

Your contact lines will remain the same: please turn to your internal InRule Process Automation SuperUser, who can in his or her turn contact InRule Support and other contacts, primarily InRule Process Automation Customer Success Managers for assistance and any questions you may still have. Should any of these contact lines be altered in any way, we’ll make sure to let you know.

Are there other changes I should be aware of?

Barium Live is renamed to InRule Process Automation to align with the other automation technologies that are part of the InRule platform. You can read more about that here.
