Last updated on Mar 19, 2012

InRule Technology, a Business Rule Management System provider for the Microsoft platform, previewed InRule® for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 today at Convergence 2012, in Houston, TX. InRule® for Microsoft Dynamics CRM is scheduled for general availability by December 2012.

InRule for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 enables business analysts, and other subject matter experts to author and maintain complex decision logic that currently requires Java script or hard code. Complex routing, pricing, and form validation logic can now be managed within Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 by the business people who best understand them without programmer intervention, meaning changes can be made to systems more quickly, with greater accuracy, improving time-to-market and often reducing costs. Rule authoring and management is tightly integrated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, making the user experience familiar and easy-to-learn.

Geography or time-sensitive rules can now easily be deployed, allowing for easy configuration across geographies or logic that is deployed during a specific time period, for example during a sales promotion or rules that must be changed when regulations change. InRule for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 brings greater flexibility to Microsoft Dynamics CRM-based applications, including Case Management, Eligibility, and Product Pricing and Promotions.

“At the core of our unique value proposition is a powerful combination of Microsoft Dynamics CRM-based system and InRule®. We have several critical processes that are very unique to our business and the InRule technology allows us to execute on these complex processes with scale for growth, opportunities, and speed.” said Jorge Amaro, Vice President of IT, Access MediQuip. “The use of InRule helps Access MediQuip stand firmly as the healthcare market leader in the surgical implant management solutions marketplace.”

“We chose to develop an offering specific to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 based on the success of our customers who have deployed InRule with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and its growing acceptance as an application platform,” said Rik Chomko, Chief Operating Officer. “By providing a rule authoring experience within Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and providing built-in integration with InRule, we are simplifying the user experience and minimizing the impact on IT.”
