As Director of Customer Success for the InRule User Community, Heather is responsible for growing business relationships, managing communications, and serving as the point person for ROAD services and maintenance for our existing community members. Heather is a dedicated customer service professional with 12 years of sales, training and client service experience.
Prior to joining InRule, Heather worked for a large Chicago-based consulting firm within their technology solutions group. As a senior Pre-Sales Engineer she was primarily responsible for supporting worldwide sales and professional services teams. In addition, she was involved in the development of new business, marketing, and product development for numerous industry segments. She has also worked as both the Quality Control Manager and Advanced Training Manager for one of the industry's top computer and computer-product retailers.
Heather received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Illinois Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from DeVry University.
When not working with the InRule User Community, Heather spends as much of her spare time as possible with her daughter. When time allows she enjoys playing tennis and badminton, training for 5K races and triathlons, and singing.
