InRule Technology Reports 16% Annual Growth in 2012
InRule Technology®, provider of InRule® the premier Business Rule Technology for the Microsoft Platform, announced today that its gross revenues for 2012 were 16% higher than in 2011.
InRule Technology’s investment in the public sector resulted in a growing partner ecosystem as well as new customers and revenue, with awards and new licenses from the State of Montana, State of Alabama, Cancer Care Ontario, and the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF).
The 2012 release of InRule®for Microsoft Dynamics® CRM also drove new revenue as customers in both public sector—such as the State of Montana—and the commercial sector—such as Access Mediquip—have chosen InRule to provide additional capabilities to applications based on Dynamics CRM.
Existing customers—many in insurance, financial services, and healthcare— sustained the core business with a maintenance renewal rate of 92%. License revenue grew via new customers and with increasing numbers of existing customers expanding licenses for new applications at organizations such as Allstate, Allscripts, Kaiser Permanente and Aon.
Speaking at the Midwest Business Brokers and Intermediaries (MBBI) Annual January 2013 Conference: Identifying Current Opportunities in M&A and the Middle Market, InRule Technology CEO Paul Hessinger stated, “I’m pleased that we were able to continue to delight our current customer base while investing in new markets: we take every dollar we make and put it back into our business. We will continue to balance sustaining our core business while transforming different aspects of our business to take advantage of new opportunities and drive new revenue growth.”
