InRule is thrilled to present at DecisionCamp 2021, the annual gathering of Business Rules and Decision Management practitioners with a strong technical background. This year, InRule’s Director of Corporate Development, Chris Berg, is again presenting at DecisionCamp.

Session Abstract:
Every project must have a north star. Getting everyone on-board and oriented is an enduring effort that might continue long after a decision management effort is well down the road. How do you get started? How do you know the team is oriented on the best problems? What will be the impact to the organization? How do we package everything up for stakeholders? This session explores the practices of decision discovery outside the typical boundaries of a model. When employed at the beginning of a project, they align the team, establish scope, timing and ultimately the business value of the effort.
Session attendees will better understand how to structure a new project in the early days and sell its value back to the business.
